Hinterland’s Click & Collect service offers a hassle-free online shopping and in-store collection experience – making your turnaround time even faster. This service is currently available in Klerksdorp, Potchefstroom, Vereeniging, Kroonstad and Bloemfontein, but will soon be available at all our branches.

How do I select a branch for collection?
Option 1: You can shop from a specific branch’s inventory by selecting the branch from the side menu on the home page.

Option 2: You can also opt for the “Pick up” method during the checkout process. Our system will automatically identify the branch(es) with all your selected items in stock, ensuring efficient fulfilment from a specific location. The branches available for order pickup will be clearly displayed for your convenience.

What is the turnaround time?
If you place your order between 07:00 and 13:00 on a business day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, Saturdays and Sundays), your purchase will be prepared for collection within 4 hours.

What happens if I order after 13:00?
Orders placed after 13:00 will be ready for collection by 09:00 the next business day.

When can I collect my order?
Orders can be collected during business hours: 08:00-17:00 from Monday to Friday, and 08:00-13:00 on Saturdays, excluding public holidays.

How will I know when my order is ready for collection?
We value your time and keeping you up to date is crucial. Once your order is ready for collection, we'll send you a confirmation email and SMS.

Are there any additional costs?
No, our Click & Collect service comes at no extra charge.
