Step One: Complete FICA Documentation
To kickstart the process, we adhere to legal requirements by requesting your full FICA (Financial Intelligence Centre Act) documentation. The full list of documentation is available at the branch. This step is crucial for maintaining the highest standards of financial transparency and security. Rest assured, your information is handled with the utmost confidentiality and this verification ensures compliance with regulatory standards.

Step Two: Submit Your Application
Once your FICA documentation is in order, the next step is to complete our user-friendly application form. This form serves as your gateway to establishing an account with us, giving you access to the benefits of buying on credit. The application process is designed to be straightforward, making it convenient for you to get started on your monthly account journey.

Step Three: Provide Financial Statements
For accounts with a credit limit exceeding R10 000 we will require your latest financial statements. If you are applying and are not a bona fide farmer, you will be required to provide six months of bank statements.

These offer insights into your financial stability and allow us to tailor your credit limit to meet your specific needs, and also ensures that your monthly account is customised to suit your purchasing requirements, providing you with a personalised and efficient service.

 Step Four: Provide Land and Farming Details
For our valued agricultural customers: we understand the unique nature of your needs. To better serve you, we require information about the land on which you farm and the nature of your farming operations. This enables us to offer solutions that are specific to you, ensuring that your monthly account aligns perfectly with your agricultural requirements.

Step 5: Signing of applicable Credit documentation. 
This can be done in person in the branch, or electronically through our OneAgri platform.

Cash Accounts Made Simple
For Hinterland cash accounts, no credit is extended – Purchases are made using cash and are linked to your account number. This way, all your financial information is included on your invoices.
