The Foot-Valve Is Used In The Cylinder To Allow Water Through And To Stop Water Flowing Out. To Remove Foot-Valve Pull The Plunger Back And Hit Softly On The Side Of The Valve. It Should Turn Until It Is Square With The Outlet. Then It Can Be Lifted With A Screwdriver. Do Not Pull Over Little Holes.
