Battery leads are protected by a battery fuse located under the charger.

Charger can be left connected to the battery unattended for extended periods.

Input to the charger is protected by a replaceable mains fuse.

The Smart Series of chargers were designed in compliance with IEC 335-2-2 and has a two year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
