Summary of Deficiency Symptoms: Zinc Deficiency: Impaired fertility, skin lesions (hair loss, thickened skin), parakeratosis. Manganese Deficiency: Skeletal abnormalities in young animals (enlarged joints, stiffness, twisted legs, weak hocks, general weakness). Selenium Deficiency: Nutritional muscular dystrophy (white muscle disease), early embryonic losses, weak offspring, increased incidence of retained placentas. Copper Deficiency: Sway back in young animals, anemia, poor bone mineralization. Chromium Deficiency: Reduces incidence of retained placentas.
